In a clear indication that a certain group of politicians have collectively lost their marbles, elected officials in Scotland need to have their heads examined as a crazed murderer serving a life sentence, will surgically be transformed into a woman, in a full-scale prison guard lockdown environment of a private hospital operating room. Of course the procedure will be billed, in-full, to the public.
Sound familiar?
Last January, the People’s Republic of California approved a sex-change operation for a convicted killer and then transfer of the inmate to a women’s correctional facility. Somehow, through the ceaseless bureaucratic layers of legislation and policy, the state found a way to cover the entire cost. Ironically, Nancy Pelosi made a guest appearance on RuPaul’s drag race in the shadow of the federal government shutdown this year. One cannot defeat a guilty conscience.
According to the Daily Mail, 26-year-old Paris Green and two acquaintances were convicted of murder for their disturbing and utterly savage actions in the graphic torture and killing of 45-year-old Robert Shankland. The story only gets worse, as Green, originally housed in a women’s correctional facility, was forced to be relocated for having a physical relationship with multiple inmates. Not surprisingly, Shankland’s family is furious with a system which embraces the equitable treatment of violent convicted felons, and provides a gaping loophole in the form of simple yet effective reprieve for heterosexual men, who wish to reap havoc in articulating decadently heinous acts, and avoid the harshest of consequences.
Green’s surgery will facilitate an arduous journey involving special security and extended travel to a hospital in England. It says something about the character of elected officials, when the system is forced to bend over backwards to accommodate an individual who took another human life in a cold and calculated manner. As special interest groups continue to lobby for a growing list of obscure causes which rival the frenzied registration of brainstormed dot com domains in the initial wave of internet growth, classic phrases of vigilance and justice lose context and meaning.
With the adherence of government to upholding basic human rights regardless of circumstance, the power and finality of “An eye for an eye,” is completely neutralized by the ominous pacificity spurred by political correctness and extremism.
The most unsettling variable in this sordid formula, is the perilous societal example set by the pair of cretinous monsters in taking full advantage of transgender rights to reduce punishment. Unfortunately, these inexcusable incidents are not the last of their kind, until legislation is drafted to undo the damaging precedent of a murderer possessing rights equal to a law abiding soccer mom.
