A video made by Jaguar Power Sports in Jacksonville, Florida, recently went viral after a city inspector issued it a warning citation for flying American military flags on the roof of its store.
The crime? According to News4Jax, city inspector Melinda Power, issued a warning citation for the flags, which included one for each branch of the military, two United States flags, and a Jacksonville Jaguars flag.
According to an ijr.com:
Katie Klasse, an employee of the store, explained that Power got in the face of a customer, who was also a veteran, during her visit.
The inspector can be seen on security camera footage:
“What did you do for this country?” Power allegedly said. The veteran responded, “I took three bullets to the leg. I almost lost my life for this country. I’m retired. I’m a veteran.”
According to Klasse, Power responded by saying, “You did nothing for this country.”
The store went live on Facebook just after the incident, and the video went viral, getting several million views.

The video has since been deleted from its page after Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry responded:
Power has since apologized on Facebook, saying, “I should never have been unprofessional and disrespectful period. Sincerely apologize.”
Power and her supervisor, who was also present during the incident, have been suspended.”
