As waves of brain numbing sanctimony emanate from billion dollar bureaucratic entities posing as teacher’s unions, the ghoulish collectives foster a series of micro-collectives where radicalized individuals engage in mental and political masturbation, while ignoring the intended and paramount goal of the public education system. Reasonable parents on a national scale face a formidable and insufferable foe marked by intolerance, incompetence, and an unyielding desire to fabricate atonement in a pathetic attempt to make amends for historical transgressions. On a local level, mothers and fathers in Minneapolis are forced to endure the full wrath of affirmative action reaching an insane crescendo, as the local organization representing educators signed off on an agreement declaring loudly and proudly that Caucasian teachers will be the first to be laid off in the absence of weighing teacher prowess and the last to be recalled.
The document states that the intent of the mandate is to allegedly correct hiring policy of the past, which at some point was a detriment to minorities. However, how does retaliatory and caustic legislation in the contemporary world balance the cosmic checkbook? For a majority of educators within the district the answer to address the clear overcorrection question conjures flawed totalitarian tendencies that are chilling replicas of Orwellian fictional narratives.
Within the radicalized ideological ecosystem of one of the nation’s most liberal cities, the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers (MFT) is flexing its hyperbolic synapses of intellectual dishonesty, as the bureaucracy is so detached from its members fulfilling their basic duties to students, that performance standards are being flung out of the window. The deplorably naive stipulation prompting discrimination, was approved by union members through a vote which ended a two-week strike last year. The document is full of language worthy of critical race theory and makes the argument is made that actions of the past “disproportionately impacted the hiring of underrepresented teachers in the District, as compared to the relevant labor market and the community, and resulted in a lack of diversity of teachers.”
While the depraved and short-sighted document is egregiously hypocritical and the directives highlighted are unconstitutional, supporters claim that through chaos dynamics stonewalling white tenured teachers will result in an influx of minority educators flooding into classrooms. The logical fallacy is appalling, and the irony decadently scandalous.
In absorbing the relentless rhetoric and viral guilt of perpetual drama-laden obliviousness to the human condition reprehensibly mind-numbing. As the public school system on a nationwide scale is marred by a vicious cycle consisting of an overbearing administrators, budget shortfalls, diminishing university admission standards, and snarky dictators disguised as professors, truth is forced to transition into the obscurity of ambiguity.
A band teacher and board member of the MFT summed up the pending fiasco in the Twin Cities as only an extremist quasi-educator compensated by tax-payer money could in this backwards era of what some label as progress. The public employee described the agreement as, “a national model” in fostering forgiveness and a win for equity. The outlandish quote out of left field deserves a response from the dream world of cartoons, to complete the hilarity circuit of the crazed situation.
In the wise and foretelling words of The Simpson’s creators, “Won’t somebody please think of the children?” To which radicalized liberals have no answer.
