In an either-or demonstration of a volatile logic circuit with the defiant temperament of HAL-9000, the prevailing and disturbing voting trends on the West coast are in indication that the election process is organically flawed coupled with a prevalence of a wishy-washy and uniformed Democratic majority. When asking the ghost of JP Morgan as to the who the culprit is between voting procedures and apologists, the apparition would bellow “Yessssss” in a decadently reverberating ballad of satirical consensus recursively bounding within the vast and legacy dusty hallway of a defining an era soon to be erased from the collective conscience.

The recent ugly commentary of former Los Angeles City Council President Nury Martinez, captured by the magic of an audio recording mechanism, is an example of the glaring red flag issues that residents on the Left coast face. Her diatribe describing both blacks and whites negatively during a meeting with colleagues, is a fly on the wall account of how boutique victims incessantly whine publicly about “hate speech” to forward an agenda, yet behind closed doors are apparently the worst offenders of lambasting other races. Other audio lowlights included discussion focused on altering the complexion of elections through forcing policy change through questionable methods. The successful penetration into the shadowy depths of the civic hierarchy shows that corruption is alive and well, and citizens are at the mercy of ceaseless bureaucrats.
While the despicable cowardice and the diabolical intentions evident on the tape are alarming for the near future of the nation, voters are equally complicit in allowing a brand of franchised tyranny to infiltrate all levels of government. This duality of counterproductive elements is why sensible residents are fleeing the Democratic strongholds.
The controversial statements made to prominent Hispanic Democratic leadership officials of the region were posted on social media platform Reddit in early October. More disturbingly, the focus of the hour-long private meeting was voter redistricting and giving liberals an even more decided advantage in some of the bluest of the blue areas in the state through unethical means. It hasn’t been established yet who captured and disseminated the audio, and the mystery has caused a firestorm of speculation, and in some circles, angst. However, the timing of distributing the audio publicly is no coincidence, and the potential fallout for the informant remains possibly severe.
It is illegal in California to tape a conversation without an individual’s consent.
With incumbents and extremists running amok, a jury duty type system of selecting random citizens for office could be implemented in cleansing the unpatriotic corruption, an idea proposed by science fiction author Arthur C. Clarke. However, in not playing to the hands into the hands of leftists, thought experiments should be based in brutal truth and cold reality. Refining the elections system should be a priority for both sides of the aisle, as mad math is prevalent among the late stages of local races. In various instances, the numbers just do not add up.
In response to Martinez’s offensive rhetoric and nefarious ulterior motives, the Los Angeles Times opted to play down the incident, and furnished the once elected degenerate with a forum to apologize for her egregious actions, to which she took full advantage in exonerating herself to her voting base.
Of course, while the liberal media is another contributing factor to the decay of cities and quality of life in California, Oregon, and Washington as well as other areas in the country, the curious voting results in the 11th hour of elections, combined with the aforementioned clueless majority, is directly responsible for the impending environment of chaos. The disheartening fate of metro areas on the West coast are a foreboding sign that other parts of the country could face similar disastrous circumstances.
The involvement of Martinez and other city council members with the powerful Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, and her polarizing remarks on the forever captured by the digital neural net have prompted a state investigation. The rhetoric ironically managed to offend the politically correct lobby and leftist figureheads Gavin Newsom and Joe Biden called for her resignation in the aftermath of the Reddit post, but for all the wrong reasons. With the midterm elections just over the horizon, Dems are taking no chances, and core members of the party have replaced their usual tiresome antics with a quiet, yet disingenuous benevolence, at least until the first week of November passes.
As the trickle down nature of California politics eventually taints the procedural landscape in other states, the rare example of accountability by leftists in essentially nullifying one of their stars, gives a sliver of hope to Conservatives that the West side of the spectrum will execute an extensive purge, especially if the upcoming election goes in favor of Republicans. Cutting ties with Martinez is simply not a phenomenon of the election being so close. While Newsom and other icons are not vulnerable to the roaring onslaught of the voracious cadre, lesser-known politicians such as the indelible Kshama Sawant of Seattle will be susceptible to the ideological chopping block as society recalibrates its expectations for leadership.
Possessing similar unscrupulous characteristics to Martinez and historically protected by the seemingly impervious wall constructed by the billion dollar countercultural movement, Sawant epitomizes the jaded product of election framework warped by irregularities and allowing Democratic incumbents and related legislation to survive serious challenges at the ballot box.
As a city council member, Sawant’s agenda during her activist-laden tenure has been to “defund” law enforcement and impose policies on residents laced with Maoist elements. Fortunately, the politician who identified in all her campaigns as a Socialist screwed up in the initial phase of her scheme to morph Seattle into a third world country by alienating the police force. Rather than at first instilling unconstitutional mandates, and then bribing deputies and officers to enforce the new laws, her handlers failed in planning an effective timeline in assaulting basic liberties. The importance of the order is even important applies to tyrants in certain scenarios.
Inexplicably, Sawant is now in her third term after somehow overcoming a nearly six percent deficit as voters pushed to recall her from office in 2021. The numbers showing her improbable rally in the late stages of the vote were while on the verge of being eliminated are statistically improbable, not just unlikely, and illustrate that even with a changing trajectory in liberal areas, election laws require tweaking.
The Sawant narrative intertwines with Martinez’s blunder in that while society recalibrates its political expectations, accountability and transparency are still required to overcome the obstacles presented by the flawed nuances of election policy in electing candidates that are conducive to the majority.
While Martinez will land soft and take a $300 thousand a year job as a political consultant at a think tank for minority causes, it’s on voters to rediscover common sense and ask the tough questions to candidates. But to ponder if the Martinez controversy panned out differently had her taped commentary singled out a specific ethnic group, is an impossible thought to entertain in this uncertain environment at a vital crossroads defining the next two years and beyond.
