Nothing comes easy for Washingtonians, as the last two decades have brought forth putrid legislation and anti-freedom policy, a progressive affliction which rivals a library loitering disheveled pothead using the public facility to download Eritrean pornography featuring an array of barnyard animals, before retiring to his decrepit “home” which takes up two parking spots in the form of a rusted van with garbage and needles cascading in all points of the compass.
Not a pretty picture for a state named after the first President of the United States, as the insufferable nationwide reputation, spurred by the liberal hotbed of Seattle, emanates from sea to shining sea. 2018 was banner year for zany and ineffectual leftist politics, coming first with the adoption of law by the Seattle city council in officially recognizing vehicles as homes under a mid 19th century clause, and culminating with the State Supreme Court overruling a municipal court judge in allowing unconstitutional gun legislation to proceed to the ballot. The integrity of the referendum and initiative signature gathering process was left hanging in the balance, and setting an ugly precedent.
Not to be outdone, governor Jay Inslee, widely known a mediocre scholar of community college academic vapidness, released the proposed 2018 state budget, highlighted by the presence of a noxious allocation of $1.1 billion tax payer dollars apparently funding a killer whale rehabilitation project. The insanely dangerous oversight and potential wasteful venture in ignoring the basic tenets and scientific dogma, is on par with the unbelievable Judge Boldt decision of 1974, where Native Americans were awarded half the commercialized yearly fish catch, even though they made up less than half of the industry workforce, a significantly lower proportional figure, testing the very foundational principles of logic.
Inslee Is Using Science In Forwarding An Agenda
The retched proposal that resounds in the absolute antithesis to responsible and accountable scientific research will allegedly throw money at the fluctuating population of the Puget Sound resident pod reports the Seattle Times, and opens Pandora’s Box of an ingrained and involved environmental scandal, threatening the fishing industry, the generation of hydroelectric power, and farming in the fertile cornucopia of Eastern Washington. Over the last calendar year, the newspaper has been pushing the killer whale agenda down the throats of readers in blaming the local fishing fleets and industry for supposed low calf birth rates. In the attempted fleecing of the taxpayer, Inslee and his refined Orca task force are willing to spend nearly $15 million dollars each on the 74 members of the pod in doing god know’s what and playing with house money.
Climate alarmists claim that the frequency of the salmon run is directly responsible for the downward trend of current killer whale birth rates, a convenient twist based off fish numbers in the upper reaches of the Snake River, 1,500 miles away from the mouth of the Columbia River, not even within proximity to Puget Sound. Another absurd contention is the belief that Orcas exclusively feed on salmon, a blatant mistruth in improperly categorizing the diet of the apex of Earth’s food chain. Killer whales are voracious and opportunistic hunters, and when one food supply reaches a cyclical lull, they possess the adaptability to exploit other options, including cannibalism. As accredited researchers are unable to reach a consensus on the cause or causes to the oscillating numbers of the resident population, vocal members of the scientific community appeal emotionally to the climate reactionaries. But the man bun dog mom atheists are set on the larger prize of complete indoctrination and the banishment of Constitutional rights, in shedding crocodile incredulous tears of contrived angst in concocting an insidious myth leading to the slow death of working class jobs throughout the vast state.

Fortunately, voters in November rejected a fuel tax disguised as carbon use bill that would have adversely effected the crucial concepts of commerce and commuting, so a tattered shred of hope still exists that moderate democrats and republicans will reject the Orca proposal, and allow the will of Darwin to take its course. In heated temper tantrums of ideological spite, environmental radicals will goes as far as to completely detach themselves from evolution if it fits the narrative, making healthy debate impossible as one side completely shifts on their core belief system based on advantageous talking points.
If approved, the detrimental Inslee inspired legislation will lead to the further vilification of dams and the fishing industry, potentially creating the dubious possibility of permanent and irreversible sanctions shaping the future in liming the harvesting of critical natural resources. With the prevalence of the Orca as a cultural and regional icon, the visceral connection with animal lovers creates a strong bond, and much like the scenario surrounding the disturbing commercialization of the Polar Bear in building a false legend that the predatory hunter is a graceful and benevolent beast with the demeanor of a kitten, the subsequent cascade effect in the absence of reason, can lead to serious consequences. Complicating the messy situation is the inability of many progressives to grasp the scale of the state of Washington, and to acknowledge the importance of bountiful agricultural ventures, and the abundance of electricity generated from local rivers.
The battlefield of rural versus urban has never before reached an intensity of ugliness, as residents scattered in pockets of population around the state are at the unfortunate whim of the hipster vote, who can’t see past their self-driving electric cars and shimmering buildings of techies and H1-B visa workers transforming Seattle into the melting pot of the free world. Now that Orcas are humanized the game only gets that more interesting, as real issues such as a dysfunctional mental health and aging state highway infrastructure take second fiddle to the kings of the oceans.
