In the “you just can’t make this stuff up” news story of the week, a Democratic candidate vying for a congressional seat in Colorado took the concept of a campaign advertisement to strange and disturbing levels, shares The Hill.
Political “hopeless”, Levi Tillemann, who has a checkered past even among the scholars of the national Democratic party, deployed a can of pepper spray on his face during the taping a self-endorsing commercial calling attention to school violence. Allegedly, Tillemann adheres to the idea of “no pain and no gain”, and believes that teachers armed with pressurized bottles of eye irritant and not firearms will prevent school shootings.
The former member of the Obama administration and gun control activist is currently engaged in a heated battle with another candidate from the left in an attempt to unseat Republican incumbent Mike Coffmann.
There exists a popular quote that states, “Liberalism is some sort of a (blank) disease.”… In this case, the word “mental” fits like a glove.
