“Armed and dangerous,” the apt phrase to describe a criminal on the loose in Detroit after a shoot-out at an ATM early Saturday and leaving the victim in an unknown condition at the hospital.
According to police, the 56-year-old man was standing within proximity, when the armed crook approached and demanded a cash withdrawal. The victim failed to comply and brandished his concealed weapon. The perpetrator then fired shots, hitting the man. The responsible CPL holder was able to fire at least four shots in response and is not known whether any of the bullets found their mark.
The victim is expected to survive, but details of his condition at this time are unavailable.
