Intellectual dishonesty. Incredulity. Participation ceremonies of convenience. Broken.
These are terms that should not be associated with US public education, but within the vortex of the information age and an egregious campaign to reengineer society, it is all about securing power while dumbing down the younger generations.
The much-maligned Ohio Education Union (OEU), a lucrative bureaucratic entity with facilitating a blatantly disingenuous branding scheme in actually defunding teachers in generating billions of dollars, has struck a low blow at military veterans. The below the waist cheap shot struck against the women and men who served their country, was horrible even by the standards of politicians window dressing as educators, and indicative of the tendencies of indoctrination and subversion within the public school system.
In attempting to provide veterans with opportunities to teach taking into account service records over certifications, and addressing the teacher shortage within the state, the measure spearheaded by Republican lawmaker Frank Hoagland, was heavily criticized by the president of the OEU in a public statement. Language within the proposed mandate stipulates that letters of recommendation from commanding officers and training accolades earned within the military hierarchy should be weighted equally to educational credentials. While the language in the bill resonates with sensible people, the insanity of overzealous liberals, is clouding the judgement of those responsible for the current cyclical nightmare of schools of all levels failing students and spiraling out of control in grooming pupils to be the perfect herd of sheep and participants within the dystopian vision of Democratic Socialism.
While apologist diversity policy is regularly embraced by individuals who crown themselves with ambiguous titles and invent innovative methods to implement affirmative action and political correctness as academic standards are lowered both students and the taxpayers suffer as a result. The observable descent of IQ over the last decade is a direct correlation to the will of pseudo intellectuals ruling public education with an iron clad grip, and the addiction to smart devices and the constant desire for validation. Coupled with many senior members of school system leadership experiencing the Peace movement during their formative years, former members of the armed forces are viewed as undesirables through the sanctimonious optics of those who are overtly morally superior.
In an official statement from the OEU President Scott DiMauro the disturbing arrogance of the hive mind is on full display. “It is absolutely critical that Ohio’s policymakers take meaningful action to address our state’s growing teacher shortage, and the Ohio Education Association appreciates the unique skills and experiences our nation’s veterans could bring to the classroom, but any measure that lowers training and certification standards for teachers would lower the quality of education for our students,” he said. “This is not acceptable.”
Within the authoritative and obliviously static public education Venn diagram illustrating the competency and worthiness of military veterans, all former soldiers are apparently unqualified to positively influence within the classroom. While the valiant attempt by Hoagland and colleagues to both fill a pressing need and instill discipline within a confusing framework of unchecked entitlement embracing counterculture, radicals tasked with ensuring that the average student is provided with a viable skillset to be productive members of society are epically failing, yet in the process comfortably padding already strained to the limits by billions of dollars.
The alleged appreciation within DiMauro’s insufferable diatribe in token sentiment and a backhanded shot at the ex-armed forces members represents the jaded mentality of an organization that exists for itself and is a threat to free will and the future development of critical thinking skills. The agenda of elitists to micromanage is not just present within big government and among the pathological characteristics of career politicians, but disconcertingly prevalent among people who identify as role models, yet are not equipped to be anything more than glorified paper pushers inching society towards the abyss.
