Insanity is the reality in the People’s Republic of California.
With limited space available in the Reagan Memorial Library and the constant possibility of utter destruction via the San Andreas Fault, productive and sensible residents of the California ‘collective’, formerly known as a US ‘state’, are in a world of hurt thanks to the political genius of Nancy Pelosi and her “Pelposse” of political misfits.
Lorena Bobbitt could never have known that her egregious acts of rage-fueled amateur surgery as she removed her husband’s member, would set a precedent 23 years later, as state-funded sex changes are now available to convicted felons (only in California).
“Talk about horrendous allocation of tax-payer money.”
KTVU-TV reports that a permanent resident of the state penal system is receiving the first complimentary sex change procedure, or in political correct terminology, “sex reassignment operation.”
The recipient of the dubious and controversial honor is a convicted killer serving a life-term for robbing an innocent victim of their right to pursue both life or liberty. If that is not hard enough to digest, California correctional institutions are now REQUIRED by law to provide transgender identified inmates with creature comforts such as jewelry and feminine products. The apparent goal is to improve the quality of life behind bars, and at the expense of the tax payer.
In the case of Shiloh Heavenly Quine, who was charged with kidnapping, robbery and first-degree-murder, the brainiac lawmakers of the Golden State obviously subscribe to the notion that rather than utilizing the death penalty to permanently eliminate a threat to society, public money is allocated to allow the 57-year-old criminal to realize his lifelong dream of becoming a woman, as a resident in a maximum security prison.
Why the Aryan nation league of prisoners or locked-up Cartel members have not yet eliminated this potential wildfire of future epic riots, is the biggest question mark in this bizarre and disturbing narrative.
The caveat to this public debacle, is that upon completion of surgery, Quine will secure a “complete” transfer to a Women’s correctional facility. Imagine the reputation and influence that a lurking pseudo-drag queen will have in securing contraband and cigarettes while completing a life-cycle amid a group of female inmates, as the state preserves the severed appendage in bronze and California residents pay for all costs. Nothing to see here.
From the standpoint of the warden, does this reckless legislation ultimately give the penal system latitude in forcibly ordering gender changes as well, based on the profile and demeanor of certain inmates for the purpose of procedure, security, and micromanaging inmate population demographics? Hmm, state ordered gender reallocation. This truly is a science fiction like ticking time bomb grade nightmare waiting to explode.
