Sometimes, one cannot get out of the shadow of their own name. At the forefront of the absolutely gross behavior of sexting, the digital indiscretions of self-proclaimed sex addict Anthony Weiner have finally caught up with the once promising politician. The New York Post reports that on Monday, the prodigal pervert was sentenced to 21 months in the slammer after an online carnal incident with a minor, which involved Skype, the absence of clothing and Weiner directing all of the dirty action. Weiner plead guilty to sending obscene material to a minor in May.
The question now remains is how the current roster of prisoners will treat the once elected official, whose lack of inhibitions on phones and devices have caused a personal and professional life to spiral manically out of control. Usually, hardened inmates do not take kindly to perps who mess with children and it will be interesting to see if Weiner’s celebrity and fit frame keep him alive as a princess of cellblock B, or will trustees decided to eradicate what they construe as a stain on society.
The former New York mayoral candidate and democratic politician will likely end up in a minimum security prison and thanks to the criminal system, will have the tag of a sex offender for the rest his natural life, of course if he survives the duration of his incarceration. To make matters worse, as Weiner openly wept during his sentencing and continued as the courtroom gallery filtered out, and his soon to be ex-wife was nowhere to be seen.
As a result of Weiner’s disgusting sexting actions, he earns the top spot on the list of the all-time dubious sexters. It should be noted that ex-Fox business anchor Eric Bolling should be a recent addition to this list.
