Fueled by pseudo-leaders, self-proclaimed “journalists” and anti-establishment educators, the traffic jam on the freeway to the land of totalitarianism continues to threaten liberty.
Lost in this disconcerting missive is the reality that those who believe they are removing the implied societal shackles from selected groups, fail to realize that individualism and freedom are rapidly becoming the real “threatened species” and the ultimate casualties in the wayward battle.
On Thursday, the public relations team at the White House fired the first shot in response to the heinous acts of physical and mental violence inflicted in the brutal kidnapping of a mentally disable teenager by a quartet of black thugs. (Audiences are certain to get a mawkish and back-handed token apologetic statement from Jesse Jackson laden with a healthy dose of liberal guilt from those who describe the aggressors as simply, “misguided young people who are a product of a broken system.”) Charges of hate crime were officially filed by the court against the four assailants earlier in the day.
When given the opportunity to instill perspective and sensibility to the uncontrollable media wildfire of the assault, Obama press secretary Josh Earnest failed to address the severity and presence of the hate crime fueling the incident and subsequently released the administration (regime) from the ultimate responsibility of choosing sides. According to Fox News the following comment came from Earnest about the perpetrators of the violence, “They do demonstrate a level of depravity that is an outrage to a lot of Americans,” Earnest said. “I have not spoken to the president but I’m confident he would be angered by the images depicted.”
In typical politician fashion, Obama created a mountain of ambiguity through the conspicuous absence of an immediate response, providing indirect support for the notion that, “a racist statement, act, or crime of hate, can only be originated by a white person.”
The People’s Republic of Chicago followed suit as Chief of Police offered this bizarrely interesting synopsis of the situation, while wriggling free from actually demanding accountability from the perps, “Let me be very clear: The actions in that video (of the attack) are reprehensible.”
Audiences globally were able to view the a single chapter of the raw pathological torture, as the cameras were turned on for F#$%book Live.
Clear omission is the least credible variety of flattery or true leadership.
